Requests for rescheduling or cancellation of a 1-on-1 career counselling appointment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled slot. Eligible refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment source.
Due to the immediate access nature of digital assessments and course repositories, purchases for Mock Test Series and pre-recorded study modules are non-refundable once login credentials or access links have been provided.
